      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everyone, Can you do bandwidth control per application per user on new catalyst 9800 series WLC and 9100 series APs using AVC? If yes, can you please point me towards&amp;nbsp;setting for it and how effective it could do this be for1000s of users? What impact will it have on performance?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
