Hi,

I have a problem with my Cisco 3602i, i've reseted it but it always blinking blue-green-red.

I'm using a TPLink POE Injector up to 60w, i can see my 3602i in my switch with an ip adress i can ping it but i can't connect to it in SSH it always say "connction refused" i can't access to it by the IP as well it says it doesn't allow connection. I can't at least access to it with putty with my console cable (FDTI Chip), just nothin happen (it's configured to 9600 8 1 none none).

Have you any idea?

Thanks in advance.

- Concerning the blinking probably a powering problem (AP does not get enough power) ; for starters scrutinize the boot process on the AP console when starting it up ,

Hi @QualQuek

This AP is probably a capwap AP and is looking for the WLC, that´s what the led blinking and change collor means. If you dont have a WLC, it will get nowhere.

No, you should be able to console to it. This is probably a cable problem. Unfortunatelly not all console cable works with APs.

The reason you can not access it using the IP address is that capwap AP only allows for SSH connection after it joined the WLC.
