&lt;P&gt;I have tired to add C9120AXI-E to WLC 17.6.4. Everything goes at it should but after downloading an image from WLC and reloading AP stuck in boot loop.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Flip the AP and look at the serial number "plate" of the AP.&amp;nbsp; At the bottom of this plate is the Date of Manufacture.&amp;nbsp; Was the AP manufactured&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;AFTER&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;September 2022?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the AP was manufactured after September 2022 then this behaviour is due to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/724/fn72424.html" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;FN - 72424 - Later Versions of Some Wi-Fi 6 Access Points Fail to Join the WLAN Controller&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Quite a long time but..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried the -&amp;gt; none of that work - or maybe i made something wrong -&amp;gt; still the same error -&amp;gt; the last option that i can see is to upgrade WLC controller form 17.6.4 to the 17.6.5&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you manage to solve the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the same problem, connected 5 C9120I to our controller running&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;17.6.4.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3 failed after joining and download of image and now stuck in boot loop with error: verify signature failed for /bootpart/part1/ramfs_data_cisco.cpio.lzma&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2 worked though which is strange&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not really.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Upgrade of WLC helps to that issue. But AP in boot loop needs to be erased.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have WLC and AP in the LAN network or they are divided by WAN? &lt;/P&gt;</description>
