      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Dears,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After sudden power shutdown the 2504 wlc stopped working, I have tried login via console however, the console terminal is not showing any output. The SYS LED is rigid amber, power Led is green and ALM LED&amp;nbsp; has no light. seeking your support on this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;can you console to any other device, just to eliminate any baudrate issue, if yes then 2500 is probably dead. Its also end of hardware support now, so you can not rma.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you have a supporting AP, then you can convert one of the AP to mobility express and use it to manage other APs. &amp;nbsp;be sure tou check wireless compatability matrix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1572959"&gt;@Diriba&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;connect console to device and reboot the WLC. if you see any output, share here. if not it can consider failure of device. You cannot RMA this since its already EOL. better move to new WLC if this is failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
