Do you know the maximum value of this value?

And if it is linked to PI, can this part also be checked in PI?

you can find out by typing these commands with a ? for e.g. for upstream per client max is 512000 in kbps

(BOECRWLC01) >config wlan override-rate-limit 1 average-data-rate per-client upstream ?

<rate> Configure QoS Rate [0 to 512000]
