    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1332301"&gt;@nharish&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you've not given enough information.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;We don't know anything about how your WLC, WLAN and APs are configured or how you're expecting them to work.&lt;BR /&gt;For a start make sure your WLC code is up to date - latest available for 2504 is currently 8.5.182.11 (link below)&lt;BR /&gt;Then check your WLC config using the config analyzer (link below).&lt;BR /&gt;And refer to the config guides to configure the network according to your design requirements.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 4 floors of office , recently added a WLC to add extra APs . we Rukus ap too .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have sucessfully configured Cisco APs and it all connected to gateway too and&amp;nbsp; WLc (open Security )and APs got ips&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but our issue is when ever a client connects to rukus APs they will get landing page and get connected to internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when they connect to cisco AP's they are not getting landing page and they have ip and the status of the connection would be no internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gateway ==&amp;gt; WLC 2504 ==&amp;gt; Cisco APs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
