1. The platform is end of support - Cisco abandoned the converged wireless platforms because they were a disaster and are replaced by 9800 series WLCs as Marce pointed out.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/wireless/5760-wireless-lan-controller/model.html
2. Very few people have used those converged wireless (early IOS-XE WLC) platforms so there is little to no experience with them to share with you and Cisco TAC will not support them.
3. Make sure you're using the last available version of software (already more than 4 years old):
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284397235/type/282046477/release/3.6.10E
4. Was it working before? What changed?

 - Note that the converged access wireless solutions are depreciated and EOL , and no longer advised for production use , consider switching to the 9800 based platforms, you can for instance start with virtual 9800 which is can be downloaded without a service contract ,

Hi,

There are many reasons which could cause this

1. while trying to connect users are bale to view the ssid?

2. what is the Ap mode?in case of local mode the WLAN interfaces are mapped correctly / in case of flexconnect vlan mapping or flex group mapping are in place.

3. Please collect the user mac address and check the policy manager state in the client.

Regards,

Anjana.

***** if u find it useful rate a star****
