Cisco dpc3848vm user and password?

I need config a Cisco dpc3848vm router, I tried admin/admin Cisco/Cisco but not worked. Could I restart the router without lost the isp configuration? Thanks!

Both https://setuprouter.com/router/cisco/dpc3848vm/login.htm and https://modem.tools/router/cisco/dpc3848vm suggest the defaults are username: user and password: blank (no password)
But they could have been changed by the ISP so refer to the ISP who supplied the router if in doubt.

Well I discover this:

When I disconnect the coaxial wire I have access to other page of docsis with more options but I still can't change anything. Any idea?

My original answer still applies - refer to the user manual from the ISP which supplied the router because they could have customised it and they might have restricted which options are configurable.
