&lt;P&gt;In WLC is this log:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TransferTask: May 20 13:41:50.465: %OSAPI-3-INVALID_FILE_HANDLE: [PA]osapi_file.c:577 The File/Socket handle is Invalid. Handle = -1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;is this worked before ? and have enough space on remote end ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;take maintenance and reboot the WLC and test it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;check the code running - some associated bugs :&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What transfer method are you using (TFTP, FTP etc)?&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried using a different method?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried transferring to a different server?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried it yourself manually on the command line?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes it has worked before. A maintenance window is planned and the WLC (in HA) will be reloaded. I will come back here if it resolves the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It resolved the issue. Backups are running now as per schedule and no logs in controller related with invalid_file_handling=-1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
