      <title>Wireless Access Point (IW3702-4E)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys I have a new Wireless Access Point model IW3702- 4E that is connected to a POE port on Switch model WS-C4510R+E.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It starts with and shows a few solid and flashing lights but after no Lights remain stable. Seems it is not fully loading the ios. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; - After the observed led sequence has completed ,&amp;nbsp; on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;WS-C4510R+E. , issue the command&lt;STRONG&gt; show cdp neighbors detail&lt;/STRONG&gt; ;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;what outputs do you get for the switchport where the AP is connected to ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I connect another New Ap on same int the new Ap is working fine. So it is clearly an issue with the AP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
