      <description>- Check if the network connection of the AP is stable: look at speed and&lt;BR /&gt;duplex  status. Also look at the interface counters of the switchport where&lt;BR /&gt;the AP is connected to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; M.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Check AP uptime on the Controller.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check Switch interface statistics for any errors.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check WLC logs to see if anything reported from the AP&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It does look like AP Radio crash (may be a software bug). What is the WLC model and the code it's running on?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the AP logs to confirm the reason for the crash.&amp;nbsp; If it was an AP crash you should find the crash file on the WLC.&amp;nbsp; If it was radio crash the logs will be on the AP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For software/firmware bugs your first action should be to upgrade to latest TAC recommended release (link below).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
