Andriod device and other some thin clients devices not connecting via

Android device and some other thin clients devices are not connecting using Cisco AP-9210 using 9200 WLC.But, windows devices are connecting and working properly.

- Connect to a AP-9210 and issue the command show ap client-trace events mac aa:bb:cc:01:02:03
change the mac address to that of an android device that you are testing , then let it connect to the AP and observe the output ,

@ramlakshmanan9500 I guess you mean 9120 AP and 9800 WLC?

What version of software are you using?
How is the WLAN configured?

If you're SSID is configured for dot1X, some devices need you to setup the profile manually as they don't recognize it, as Linux-based ones such as Androids.
