&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- It it has crashed (only) ; then the administrative usernames&amp;nbsp; and credentials are not changed , if the device is not recovering then try a power cycle first ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion. But my problem is I am unable to login my controller using my login. But able to login the admin username and password. How to change the password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your Cisco 2504 wireless controller has crashed and you're unable to connect using your username and password, here are the steps you can follow to retrieve or reset your credentials:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps to Change the Default Password:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Login to the Controller:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Connect to the controller via the console or through a web interface if it is accessible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Access Global Configuration Mode:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Enter global configuration mode using the following command:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;config t&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Change the Password:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Change the password for the admin user:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;username admin password &amp;lt;new-password&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.
