      <title>3850 Catalyst GUI Timeout</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downgraded to 16.3.9 on a 3850 for a lab environment as I want to use for its AP capabilities,&amp;nbsp; as soon as I log into the GUI it gives me "Your session has timed out, please log in again"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;start with some basic checks, make sure http and https services are configured and web auth is set to local with priv 15 credentials.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once I log in I am presented with the message and I cant do anything other that click ok. I was able to login to the GUI with no issues before I downgraded to 16.3.9 from&amp;nbsp;16.12.09. Th only reason I did that was so I can work with AP in a lab environment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="3850.JPG" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/225442i8661050AD5AF6496/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="3850.JPG" alt="3850.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The logs look normal reporting when I log in successfully no errors. I just upgraded to the latest software&amp;nbsp;16.12.11 the web interface is running fine and ordered a slightly used&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;4400 Series Wireless LAN Controller AIR-WLC4402-12&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-K9 for my lab learning. I appreciate all the help here thanks all!!!!!!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try incognito (private browsing) as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/325330"&gt;@Ambuj M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested?&lt;BR /&gt;This is most likely a browser/caching/cookies issue.&lt;BR /&gt;Also try clearing history and cache and cookies.&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't help it may be a browser incompatibility so you might need to run an older browser version to support the old software version - I'd generally suggest Firefox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
