    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got that error too.  It turns out the tftp server I used was not reliable (what happens when you get used to using wireless for everything).  The controller gets confused and thinks the download is complete - when it tries to save it to flash, ir fails.  It would be great if the controller supported ftp downloads as well, but in the mean time, make sure you use a dedicated tftp server (at least for this download).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When we go to upload the newest version onto the controller, we get an error.  "Unable to load to flash".  I am guessing this is a piece of bad memory.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
