      <title>Client disconnection issue in specific WLAN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Professionals,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having an client wireless issue for bad wifi quality and here's status:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;# WLC: 9800 / AP: 2802E&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. SSID: VENDOR (Macfiltering + PSK)&lt;BR /&gt;2. SSID: IT (Macfiltering + PSK)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In same place, two laptops are connected SSID: VENDOR / SSID: IT respectively.&lt;BR /&gt;Both laptops are joined conference meeting (MS Teams) over the same AP.&lt;BR /&gt;However, one of laptop irregularly disconnect the network and comeback after 6-11 ping loss. This laptop is connected to 'VENDOR'. Below screenshot is worst disconnected status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="eeebbunee_0-1730739984026.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/233125iF53F36AFB10AFCA9/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="eeebbunee_0-1730739984026.png" alt="eeebbunee_0-1730739984026.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The WLAN configurations are identical for both SSID.&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot find the difference which makes ping loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which part should I look at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Start by looking the laptop adapter.&amp;nbsp; Check the driver, make sure they are up to date. Always prefer intel adapter. Qualcomm is terrible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure laptop network drivers are fully up to date.&amp;nbsp; For Intel refer to:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check that WLC software is up to date as per TAC recommended link below.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can connect that laptop to other SSID if you were allowed to do so, and check weather the issue persist. If you find same issue then check the laptop for any updates pending in it. Also check WiFi adapter's advance setting for any out dated setting is selected or transmit power also roaming aggressiveness in it.
