Change syslog port for APs - 9800

Hello,

I understand that in order to send syslog messages from APs to a syslog server the syslog server needs to be defined in the AP join profile the APs are attached to. Is there a way to change the port number to something else other than the default?

WLC: 9800-80

Software version: 17.9.6.0

Not possible. you can only change Facility and Log Trap value.

If you want to send it to a different port you'll have to use NAT/PAT on a router to change the port.
