I think this because your enable dhcp required'

So solution is add new ssid and disable this option.

We have a device with static IP connected to a Remote LAN on a 1815W, that we cant communicate with. I guess it behaves as a passive client.

All guides I can find about passive clients are about clients connected to WLANs. Is there a way to get passive clients working on Remote LANs?

No, the DHCP required is not enabled, we have other devices with static adresses on the same Remote LAN that are communicating.

We have now solved the problem with a workaround. We have put a switch at the remote location and connected the device to the switch, and then put a static route in the core pointing the device ip to the switch.
