To trobleshooting over the air traffic, Linux have a lot of tools and they are free. You can install Kali Linux.

To trobleshoot Radio Frequency, only paid tools. And they are usually expensive. I dont know any free tool for RF that works well.

You can start learn wlc abd ap in this emulate. Later try buying used wlc abd one ap.
