      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't do anything even holding the button for 20s or restarting. It just keeps running like that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In short it just runs like that and can't do anything even reset button&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can see on the logs "Meraki mode selected"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you boot It with a console cable, do you see any option to change It?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cause If not, you would need access to Meraki cloud. The AP is probably booting in loop as It can not connect to the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The AP is in Meraki mode and cannot boot - looks like flash partitions have been wiped.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can only convert from Meraki mode to Catalyst mode after the AP has joined Meraki dashboard so at this point I think your only option is RMA.&lt;/P&gt;
