Hi,

I have to set up a scenario with four APs autonomos sytem

I followed the steps, but I have some doubts. All the guides reference only one AP. In my case, I have four access points, and one of them is the controller. For this reason, is there any document available for this setup?

Another doubt is regarding DHCP. Is it possible for the controller or main AP to set up the DHCP, or is it better to use an external DHCP? Or are both options correct?

My biggest doubt is how to connect all three APs to the controller AP. When you upload the correct image for the autonomous APs, do all of them automatically recognize the master AP?

Multiple SSID configurations on Autonomous AP – Another Wireless Blog

You need to install EWC in one of the AP to work as WLC and the other AP will join after that.

Just to clarify C9124 does not support Autonomous mode - that ended with the Wave 1 AC APs which ran Cisco IOS. All the modern APs run AP-COS operating system. As Flavio said you need to convert one of the APs to EWC which runs a virtual 9800 IOS-XE on the AP, together with the AP software. Both the EWC WLC and the AP require an IP address so the AP will consume 2 IPs for the WLC and AP modules. The other APs will join the EWC WLC.

You should run DHCP on your router/switch/firewall. The EWC and APs will default to using DHCP IPs unless you configure static IPs so they will not work until they can obtain IPs from DHCP.
