Yes it is best to have every AP connected to the LAN directly.
Mesh (AP-AP radio connection) will always perform worse than LAN connected.

That model doesn't support ethernet bridging. You need to find an indoor access point that supports ethernet bridging, which allows connection to video cameras, PC, or even a switch.
