I need to upgrade the software on WLC 4402 to 7.0 or higher for use with Cisco 3502i APs.. However, I can't seem find the download link anywhere.. Any help would be awesome!

When I open the link, the download does not work.. I've already submitted a Cisco support request, but haven't heard anything yet.

That looks like an internal error with the download site. Will likely need to wait for Cisco support to provide a solution, as you're doing everything else right.

I am trying to download the software update for the same wlc and i get the same message, i tried a different browser other than safari and i get the same message that gohrenberg is getting...even though this is years later

@Bogdanroibu those controllers were End of Support nearly 10 years ago so Cisco has long since removed all software from the Cisco download site.
