      <title>Corrupt U-Boot</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with another 9120AXI-B access point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's Happening:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Bought AP from eBay&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The AP is stuck in the u-boot&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I cannot get to the AP login&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I'm stuck at the "&amp;gt;u-boot" prompt&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I found these two documents explaining how the AP can get caught in a boot loop and how to resolve the issue&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Recover from a Boot Loop Caused by Image&amp;nbsp;Corruption on Wave 2 and 11ax Access Points&amp;nbsp;(CSCvx32806)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Repair C9120/C9115 Access Points from U-boot&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I followed the recovery steps, however I keep ending up back at the "&amp;gt;u-boot" prompt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Any suggestions on where to move from here? I'm pretty stuck.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is the only possible way that I can think off to recover the AP -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9120axi-access-point/217537-repairing-c9120-c9115-access-points-from.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9120axi-access-point/217537-repairing-c9120-c9115-access-points-from.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this does not work, then I think only option left would be replace the HW. Since you purchased it from e-bay, you can't RMA as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
