Thanks - We continually find that so many of the features that we rely upon for our day to day operation have been severely limited. It's like the Catalyst Center people have no real exposure to running an real world network team and managing real world networks. It's very frustrating product to use!

Hi All-

When I pull up a list of wireless clients in Catalyst Center, I can see only currently connected clients. Prime Infrastructure shows me a list of all clients over the last couple of weeks. Is there a way to see disconnected clients in Car Center as well?

Hi @Wes Schochet ,

Catalyst Center (formerly DNAC) primarily shows active/connected clients in real-time, which is why you’re only seeing current wireless users. Unlike Prime Infrastructure, it doesn’t maintain a long historical client list out-of-the-box.

However, you can get some visibility into disconnected clients by checking the Client 360 view or generating Assurance reports (under Reports > Assurance > Client Summary), which include connection history over a certain timeframe—though it’s not as extensive as Prime's multi-week tracking.

If long-term client history is essential, exporting periodic client data or integrating with an external logging or telemetry system (like Cisco Spaces or Splunk) might help fill that gap.

Hope this helps clarify!
