Catalyst (DNA) for Break/Fix Techs

Hello All,

I am a new NOC tech, and my enterprise APs run on Catalyst. Does anyone have any learning resources for maximizing Catalyst functions for troubleshooting wireless outages? Most of the learning material I've been able to find is focused on design, which is not what I am looking for.

you can more troubleshooting using Assurance, depends how your network configured, if the Netflow and Telemetry enabled on the Wireless most of the problems can be identified with Wireless, again what kind of deployment is this, Wireless with Sd-Access ?

If you are not running SDA already, you'll need to make sure that you are running on Advantage Licensing to play with Assurance as far as I know, that said... Assurance is the term you should search for in your studies!
