- @chandrasekhar-siddela DFS is the ability for the controller to avoid radar signals , note that the bug report
has Known Fixed Releases

Workaround: Not observed in 17.12.5.

I can not suggest downgrade since it can effect other wlc feature

Upgrade to 17.5.4 or 17.18.1.
Of course you should always check the release notes and test before upgrading.
