&lt;P&gt;for pendant (suspended/drop) ceiling mounting, use can use the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;AIR-AP-T-RAIL-R (Recessed ceiling rail mount)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;AIR-AP-T-RAIL-F (Flush ceiling rail mount)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;AIR-CHNL-ADAPTER (Ceiling channel adapter for legacy construction)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These are used together with the AP bracket (e.g., AIR-AP-BRACKET-1).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The details can be found at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/cw917x/c9178I/b-hig-cw9178i/installation-overview.html" target="_self"&gt;Cisco Wireless 9178I Series Wi-Fi 7 Access Point Hardware Installation Guide&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As mentioned the post referred above,&amp;nbsp;the brand-new Wi-Fi 7 access points continue to use the same brackets so that APs can easily be exchanged.&lt;/P&gt;
