Cisco 9163E AP with omni CW-ANT-O1-NS-00 antennas

Hi,

I have a Cisco 9163E APs with omni CW-ANT-O1-NS-00 antennas, other than screwing the antennas onto the Access Point. Does anybody use a sealant or adhesive on the connections?

As recommended, its always good to go through installation guide, for your specific question, No you don't need any sealant on 9163E antenna port, although its recommended to ground the AP specially to protect devices behind like your switch and use lightening arrestor on antenna connector ports. you can use something like AIR-ACC245LA-N= from cisco, alternative is something like ANT-212-002 from Amazon or something.
