Hi Cisco Team,

I have an AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 access point currently running in lightweight mode.
I would like to convert it to standalone (autonomous) mode for lab and warehouse Wi-Fi testing.

Could you please grant me access to download the autonomous image file:
ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JD.tar
or ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JPQ5.tar ?

I tried to request access using my AP serial number (FCW2132N1FV),
but the system returned “Access Request Denied – Something went wrong.”

Could you please help grant download access to my Cisco account
so I can download the ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JPQ5.tar image for AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9?

Hi @x-wang the people here are mostly customers just like you.
There are a few Cisco folks who follow the community but they are not allowed to just give somebody access to software.

Cisco software is licensed and software updates/downloads are only available to those customers who have purchased a current Cisco support contract which includes software updates. For the same reason nobody here is allowed to share that software.

As @Leo Laohoo says you can try asking but if they say no then your only option is to search and you might get lucky. Those APs are now End of Support so there's a strong possibility the entitlement team will just tell you that and refuse your request - or they might be in a good mood...
