I have a controller Cisco Catalyst 9800-CL Wireless Controller 17.13.1.
I have AP 3802i and it is running capwap and it is connecting to the Controller successfully.
But the problem is that besides the SSID from the controller, there is always another SSID named as Cisco-HomeWiFi-XXXX

I have to disable it to login to the web console of the AP but when the AP is rebooted, it still comes back. I need this to be disabled permanently.

I guess this AP is configured as an "office extend" accesspoint meant for teleworkers
like @Kasun Bandara sayd this AP is remotely managed, it has a SSID for office connection and an SSID for used in the home https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-3/deployment-guide/remote-workforce-solution-wireless.pdf

page-56
Clearing Personal SSID
The admin can clear the personal SSID config on the Teleworker access point if required.
Step 1: Navigate to Configuration>Wireless>Access Points
Step 2: Click on the Access point on which admin wants to clear personal SSID the and Navigate to Advanced tab
Step 3: Select the Clear Personal SSID Config and press Clear Config button
This will clear the personal SSID config on the Teleworker access point
