    <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume the MR can ping the RADIUS server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a simpler RADIUS secret.  I have occasionally seen a RADIUS server configured with a secret and it couldn't support some of the characters in that secret.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are using 802.1X with custom RADIUS &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the network connectivity is good i tested all of that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i added MY Meraki MR's as RADIUS clients, I set the shared secret. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my testing shows the following error in the windows logs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Authentication failed due to an EAP session timeout; the EAP session with the access client&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Take a look at the radius log to see if you can find usefull logging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or take packet captures to see if the packets are send from the ap and received at the radius.
