    <description>&lt;P&gt;For this you will need to have your own portal page so you can capture these datafields separately.       <title>Guest WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a campus that is interested in setting up a a guest SSID, but they would like the guest to enter their Name, phone and email so that they can keep track of these guest. Presently they use a RADIUS for the students, any suggestion is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if your radius is ISE or something equivalent, you can use centralised web auth with Guest portal, there is a lot of flexibility in customizing what information you can ask users before they can connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;google Cisco ISE self service guest portal&lt;/P&gt;</description>
