Problem to send text message over WIFI ( just Iphone)

Good morning.

Last week several users that have iPhone devices tell us that they are unable to send text message when are connect to our WIFI ( guest or internal SSID), but when they disconnect all message send/arrived automatically.

Any guest what happen here?? all firmware updates are done, just happen with iPhone not with android devices.

Are they definitely text messages and not iMessages?

Do you have layer 7 firewall rules defined on those SSIDs? If so, have you tested an SSID without those firewall rules?

wireless > firewall & traffic shaping

The last time I ran into this issue was due to Geo blocking at my firewall level.
