    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded NCS 1.1.1.24 to PI 1.2 lately. The installation process completed successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now i am not able to log in to the GUI anymore as root. After entering the password all I get is a blank site (undefined).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the same result with all known browsers. Rebooting or restarting NCS does not change anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded NCS 1.1.1.24 to PI 1.2 lately. I am suing ESXi 5.0 with thin provision, so I am trying "Thick provision with 200GB (recommended h/w) even if current VM doesn't exceed more than 20GB. Except HDD space, my VM meets all requirement. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will let you know. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Unfortunately, I couldn't fix this. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; I talked to TAC yesterday, she trouble shooted for 2hr. but still same. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;she found that some servers are not running correctly, end of this, she tried to collect log file through ftp, but ftp was not up either. she used tftp server through my laptop, but no luck. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;In the meantime, I added physical HDD and made "Thick Provision with 200GB". but no luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Thick provision is better (as default), but my case may not be related to HDD space because when I finished installation my VM size is less than 20GB. Anyhow it was a good recommendation, Scott.
