Wireless Connection problems

I have a problem currently i am using wireless controllers 4402 and light weight APs.

I having users complaining that users suddenly have VPN termination and wireless connection unable to detect. Is there any engineers out there that report on this? Please help.

Does users complain if they are NOT using VPN?

Actually there are two problems.

Firstly some users complain that when connecting to wireless via wireless controllers they are facing unable to connect to the network. Only after removing and re-create the wireless setting.

Secondary some users upon connecting to VPN said that the VPN connection will suddenly terminate. I am using ASA firewall as the VPN appliance.
