      <title>MR36 AP- Error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have placed 2 AP at site which is bounded to the template. It is working fine but sometimes its dropped from the internet. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;error message: &lt;SPAN&gt;Connection to the Cisco Meraki Cloud is using the backup Cloud connection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a firewall somewhere that allowed the meraki ip + port &lt;SPAN&gt;7351?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If possible check that fw logging what happens to the session&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
