Wireless AP

All of the sudden we had an AP alert with a degraded ethernet link. I have plugged the AP into other ports, switches, and bounced the ports but will not transfer more than 100Mb. However, when I plug another AP (or any other device) in the same port it allows 1GB. I have tried a reset of the AP with no success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you also check the cable...if not try using a different cable.

Besides the cable like @rwiesmann said, you would need to call support and they can RMA. With a factory reset, and the elimination of the port as the issue, you’ve likely proved a hardware issue that will require replacement.
