If so check the driver version for the wireless adapter, many Intel adapters need up to date firmware to see WiFi 6 SSIDs.

A windows 7 client sees all SSIDs on our 5t floor

When the client moves to the 4th floor they see only a neighbors SSID not ours.

The neighbor may be SONIC wall wireless

I watch the client move around our 5th floor no issue.

Since it does not see the SSID on the 4th floor I see nothing in our logs

We have MR42 MR44 and MR46 on latest firmware MR 27.7.1

I was thinking to have them manually delete the Neighbors SSID when they are on the 4th floor.
