Hello,

I have an isssue to configure the catalyst 9800 for network-assurance, first problem is that the token may not be loger than 127 characters, and the generated token on the DNAC the PEM file is longer, I only found examples for the airos but not for the C9800 - we have DNAC 1.3 and Catalyst is on 16.11.1c, can you help or is there a docummentation that describes the steps (dd not found it)

Hi Dominic,

Problem was solved token for the catalyst 9800 is not needed.

The problem was that the device controllability was disabled.

sorry for the stupid question, but what did you exactly configure, to get it working? Do you have a printscreen of the required configuration (for example Cisco C9800 GUI > Configuration > Services > Cloud Services or Cisco C9800 CLI)?
