New Certs RSA are not working on WLAN

We created a new RSA cert but the users that are using the new certs cannot join to WLAN, but when they choose the old cert they are able to join to WLAN.

We have a 5508 and we are using WPA2/AES 802.1X, we have on the LAN the Server RSA CA

What we can check to fix this issue?

what do the logs on your RSA and AAA server say? Are you getting an invalid certificate message?

We are using the same server as RADIUS and RSA CA, we are seeing this on the logs

aep.xuda: Line 95: [XrcNOTSUPPORTED] requested mode or type not supported. Your request to renew certificate with new key is not supported

Negotiation failed. Requested EAP methods not available

We don't get any error like invalid cert
