Do you have 802.11r and 802.11w enable? If yes try disabling it.

Hello all,

We have a user on the network that is unable to connect to WiFi.

When testing on external networks, it connects normally.

I checked the events and found the client fails many times during association, but then I have some events that he successfully connected for a few seconds.

Does someone has any suggestions to troubleshoot this issue related to error code 43?

Thank you in advance.

Yep, it looks like the device might be brain-dead and not support 802.11v. You could try seeing if that device has any firmware updates first.
