I'm seeing lots of DHCP failures on the network, for no apparent reason.

Looking at Wireless Health and in the logs, a number of clients are showing DHCP server failure to respond.

I am seeing some performance issues, and I believe it's related to this.

This is a very simple setup, an MX68 in bridge mode as I have LAN connected printers etc, single VLAN and two APs, one as gateway, and one as mesh.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, SnapperJT

Please try going to DHCP servers & ARP and select Allow DHCP server. See if that helps.

Thanks.

yeah I dont have a switch...

I have a printer as well as a SONOS setup which seemed to require bridge mode... do we think that is causing the issue?

How is the port on your MX that serves the wired AP configured?

also how is the SSID configured? what mode Bridged or NAT

How do I check the port config for the wired AP? What am I looking for?

The SSID is configured in Bridge mode. I understood this was required in order to access other LAN assets like the Sonos and the wireless printer.
