Current running WLC ver.

Software Version 4.2.205.0

Current AP version 12.4(10b)JDC

Trying to connect AP 1242 but getting attached crash

can you help Is it hardware or software issue

Riz,

You need to open a TAC case so that they can decode the traceback info, to see if htis is a known issue, or a new defect.

Hi,

Just decoded the tracebacks but could not find any with the first hit!! this needs some more debugging.. Please raise the TAC case to get it done!!
