Wifi connection

Sorry I'm no expert, hope informations provided are enough :

We have several PDA, several AP and several SSID.

I tried to install a PDA after a problem with an APP, so I reset the device, connect to SSID of another city and...no connexion (temporarily full?)

When trying connection to here (let's name is A) no error.

When trying to connect to the other city (SSID B), it failed.

Try with another PDA and same error.

Seems the DHCP failed (picture can't be included, link at the end).

So I try using static IP, same error.

Tried to reboot the AP, same error.

Other PDA on B city are connected to B SSID without issue.

Here on A AP or my A-IT no issue.

Really just on B SSID when on A.

I extract log when trying to connect but only can see the same 3 requests again and again.

Haven't downloaded the PCAP out of caution, but the file name suggests you captures on the wireless interface. I'd recommend capturing on the Ethernet/Wired interface and follow the DORA (Discover Offer Request Ack) flow of the DHCP for this client.

From the information provided I'd say either VLAN 20 isn't correctly configured or there's a misconfiguration with DHCP. If you DM me a link to the impacted device in Meraki Dashboard I can have a peek.

The capture from wired interface only return the same line again and again : ARP request : who has 6.191.101.57?

My LAN is in 10.10X.0.0.

The VLAN 20 is the default, everything (except camera) are using VLAN 20 and it was fine before.

The DHCP can reply everytime we connect a windows computer, a wyze (thin client in Debian) a ubuntu desktop, a PDA in A SSID.
