I'm connected to the Wifi with my laptop and I sit not further than 5 meters of AP02. I'm in meeting and I lose the connection every 5 - 10 minutes, the call is set on hold and lost. I couldn't do the meeting on the Wifi so I had to use my 4G hotspot to keep a stable connection.
Later on and after my meeting I did a test teams call with a colleague and we also had the problem.

This problem happens since the laptop migration, with BE laptop and EA-Wifi ssid there was not any problem.

The problem seems to be linked with the new EA ssid and laptops from group environment.

How to troubleshoot in Meraki? I have the Mac address of the laptop.

This problem may be occurring for several reasons, such as a poorly planned network design, roaming issues due to client load balancing, Wi-Fi network card driver issues, etc.

Ideally, a site survey should be conducted, but here is a document that can guide you.

https://documentation.meraki.com/Wireless/Troubleshooting_and_Support/Troubleshooting/Wireless_Issue_Resolution_Guide

I also suggest you open a support case.

If you visit the below URL - are you attached to that AP?
http://my.meraki.com/

Check out "Wireless Health":

https://documentation.meraki.com/Platform_Management/Dashboard_Administration/Operate_and_Maintain/Monitoring_and_Reporting/Meraki_Health_Overview

Also, click the client in the dashboard and review the roaming events. Is the client making any bad decisions?
