majority of users are experiencing recurring latency issues during Google Meet sessions. We have observed that latency exceeds 300 ms during the initial minutes of calls, with occasional spikes reaching up to 1300 ms. Despite having traffic shaping rules in place specifically for Google Meet, the issue persists.

MR RF and traffic shaping-->

MX traffic shaping rule
MR Traffic shaping

MX traffic shaping-->

MX Traffic Shaping

Browser Compatibility issue is also there, Connectivity issues are appearing specifically when using older versions of Google Chrome.

Don't you think reserving only 5 Mbps is too low? I believe that, depending on the number of users, this transfer rate is insufficient, especially if they are using video during the meeting.

Have you tried increasing the limit or removing this restriction?

Regarding the compatibility issue, there's not much we can do besides suggesting you update your browser or use a different one.

You specifically note the issues are coming from users with older versions of Chrome. If they don't come when using up-to-date versions then I think that answers your own question. Or did you mean something else?

Agreed, I would try setting that to something like 10 or even 20 mbps temporarily and see if the problem goes away, also check your switch QOS settings that you are trusting those markings.
