      <description>&lt;P&gt;From the logs it is trying to upgrade as it if downloading firmware. Boot is 8.10.196. what version is on the controller?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are there other 2802s that have worked?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some of these APs have been off line for a while, do to refurbs, not been able to gain access and may have missed a upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8.10.196.0 is what we are currently running on 5520s&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cheers for that, that looks like a hardware fault according to google, so should be covered under lifetime warranty, I'll run it by our account manager cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
