nowadays many mobile devices have an option to use "random" or "private" mac addres enabled by default.
disable this option on the mobile and retry, see if this behaves different

Hi All,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with our Mobile SSID using Meraki DHCP. The network is working as expected on laptops and desktops, but not on iOS or Android devices.I followed the Meraki documentation and configured the required walled garden domains. On mobile devices, the phone connects to the SSID, but the Google sign-in splash page is either skipped or does not load properly. Although the connection appears successful, users are unable to access the internet after completing the steps. It seems like there may be a missing walled garden domain or an issue with how the captive portal is being triggered on mobile devices.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have recommendations on how to resolve this?

Thank you in advance.
