In your place, I would try two things: first, update the client's Wi-Fi card driver, and second, disable FT.

Although FT has its advantages, it still presents some challenges regarding devices that often don't have full support for 802.11r.

Suffering from a persistent issue here.

CW9176I / ISE / .1x Auth / MR32.2.3

We are suffering from persistent EAPOL timeouts - disconnecting our clients from the network either fully or momentarily. Not many (6 today) but enough to cause the management to be unhappy.

Gone through all the settings, adjusted timers, upgraded to 32.2.3, turned on fast roaming, ISE timers. The whole lot, but we are still seeing issues. 6 today in a fairly quiet office day. These three reasons seen for todays failures.

reason='eapol_timeout'
reason='eapol_timeout' reassoc='1'
reason='eapol_timeout' reassoc='1' roam_ap=

Anyone has any experience of this?
